So winter isn't all bad...

I can't believe I'm saying that! But the above is a picture taken of some ice formations that a man in West Virginia took the liberty of decorating with food coloring...to make the ride more pleasant for motorists. Granted, in this day and age I'm shocked no one thought it was a terrorist threat and had them all blown up. It's a nice gesture though:)
